Itisystems manufactures and distributes single screw feeders without bridge breaker to dispense granular, non-packing, dry, non-pasty and easy-to-slide products and materials with different flow rates - low, medium and high.

The screw pumps have different sizes to guarantee perfect adaptability to different uses.

The feeders have been designed and built to last and the single screw feeders don't need any maintenance to be carried out.

Screw pumps, hoppers and any material that comes in contact with the dispensed product are made from AISI 304 stainless steel (or, up on request, AISI 316 stainless steel). They have all been highly-polished so that the product glides and flows more smoothly.

The screws' washers that have contact with the product are made of teflon.

The wide range of screw pumps available as well as the different motor drives make it so that the doors can adjust according to the various needs.

The storage hoppers that are to be used with the dispensers are made from AISI 304 stainless steel (or, up on request, AISI 316 stainless steel).

The walls are tilted at an angle so that the product can then easily flow down towards the dosing dispenser.

We have pneumatic vibrators and fluidisers available as well in order to help good product flow.

From volumetric to gravimetric feeders

Single and twin screw feeders can be equipped with a load cell scale and a micro-processor regulator panel produced by our company, for gravimetric weight feeding. Furthermore, depending on our customer's needs, we can also manufacture a continuous gravimetric feeding, or batch feeding by adding a load cell scale and a microprocessor regulator panel.
