For maximum performance, the Itivacuum vacuum pump is the ideal solution, thanks to a mechanism consisting in the projection of compressed air into a high-speed multi-jet system, pushing through large quantities of air.

Its compact nature is one of the most advantageous features of this pump model, which thanks to its small size and low weight can be positioned near the point of aspiration. In order to function, the pump needs a standard quantity of compressed air at 4 atm, guaranteeing energy savings. The Itivacuum vacuum pump model guarantees silent operations, automatic selection and no need for maintenance. In addition, as it includes a direct compressed air connection, the pump is easy to install and eventually replace. Thanks to the absence of moving parts, this vacuum pump model is not subject to overheating and is flameproof.

The vacuum pump is driven by a jet of compressed air that, when entering a multi-ejector (venturi) high-speed system determines an expansion which allows a large volume of air to circulate.
The system is constructed so that the air introduced varies in an automatic Power/Volume ratio in accordance with the load change. A simple function which ensures maximum effect.

Compact construction

The small size and the light weight allow the ITIVACUUM pump to be placed nearer to the intake point in comparison to other mechanical pumps, offering various advantages such as a simpler evacuation, a decrease in loss and thus a higher rate of work.

Energy savings

The pump requires only a standard supply of compressed air at 4 atm.

Minimum maintenance and low noise

The ITIVACUUM vacuum pump multi - ejectors with nozzles of different characteristics between them working in parallel is automatically selected, giving an excellent performance under any load change.
Since the pump works with circulating air, no heat is generated, so takes an automatic cooling effect; Contrary to traditional pumps, this pump operates as quietly, as the load increases.
Since it contains no moving parts, it requires no maintenance.

Easy installation

The ITIVACUUM pump is very easy to install, just connect it to the compressed air. As such it is more easily replaced than conventional pumps.

Flameproof

Having no moving parts and therefore not subject to overheating, ITIVACUUM vacuum pumps can be installed in hazardous environments as there are no electrical connections.
Working temperature from -20C° to 80C°.
